If you want to re-enter a solar system where the Reapers were recently chasing you in, simply complete a mission and they'll be gone when you re-enter the system. Do this 10 times, and your Achievement will unlock. Once you've found something, launch a probe. Then hold 'LT' to scan and look for resources or survivors. Then press 'Y' once to start the Scanner. If you see a red warning notification around the planet, then go to the planet. Now, once you're inside a Reaper Controlled system, start scanning around the planets using 'LT'. Simply park yourself next to a Reaper-free edge of the system (or near the mass relay) and spam your scanner (hopefully after finding everything in the system). Those red arrows that appear at the edges of the system indicate incoming Reapers, and when the red bar maxes out, that's where they'll show up. As you scan (left trigger) an occupied system (red one with a Reaper on top of it), the Reaper awareness will go up.
